Clarity congratulates Delfin on Alkimos

Clarity played a part in Delfin Lend Lease securing the top spot as preferred proponent to develop the Alkimos community in partnership with LandCorp, the WA Government's land development agency.
Alkimos will be one of the largest master planned developments ever undertaken in Western Australia, comprising up to 10,000 dwellings upon completion.
Clarity provided significant support throughout the application process, assisting Delfin to create a strong submission, which included stunning photography, creative graphic design and eye-catching presentation tools.
Development of the initial 224 hectare stage is expected to commence in 2011.
