Clarity is providing PR and design support to Delfin Lend Lease as the company establishes a foothold in the WA property development market.

Clarity assisted the company to design and create a strong tender submission, which helped Delfin Lend Lease secure the top spot as preferred proponent to develop the Alkimos community in partnership with LandCorp.

In July 2010, Lands Minister Brendon Grylls finalised the agreement between Delfin Lend Lease and LandCorp to progress the first stage and master planning of Alkimos.

Clarity provided media support to announce the deal and as a result, achieved widespread coverage nationally, regionally and locally through several newspaper and online articles.

Alkimos is the largest coastal development north of Perth in 50 years. Works are set to start in 2011 and will initially include 2500 homes, a major regional town centre, a coastal village, regional beach, possible marina facilities on a similar scale to Hillarys, substantial public open space and a range of social and community infrastructure. The project will take around 20 years to complete.
