Brief: Design an efficient and visually appealing online system for notifying existing and potential members and clients of the activities undertaken by Artsource. The organisation needed to draw together a number of different newsletters into a single process with common branding that they could manage in-house.

Solution: Clarity designed a suite of email templates for Artsource to use in the Clarity Mail Manager system. Depending on the audience, these newsletters showcase current artworks for sale and lease, commissions, events, installations, member services and job opportunities.

Results: Artsource now has a dynamic communication system that can be used to update, inform and engage stakeholders about various activities and services. The reporting tools in Clarity Mail Manager mean that Artsource can quickly determine how many recipients have opened each newsletter and what topics attract the most interest. On average more than 60% of Artsource's stakeholders are reading the newsletters with many then following links to more detailed information.
