
Brief: Launch the Royal Lifesaving Society's 'Don't Drink and Drown' campaign to media across Western Australia and give them easy access to all the media elements of the campaign including TV and radio advertising.
Solution: The Royal Lifesaving Society's major sponsor BHP Billiton encouraged the use of Clarity Media Manager to draw together all the media properties for the campaign into one template from which they could be downloaded. This included releases, TV, radio, photography and links to various other information sites.
Results: Clarity Mail Manager distribution reached journalists across WA who would not normally get instant access to all elements of the campaign or be able to attend the official launch in Perth. This resulted in widespread media coverage and an ability for Clarity and the Royal Lifesaving Society to use the reporting tool to see which journalists had accessed the content and which needed to be followed up.
