Brief: Create and manage a large-scale concert event to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Co-Operative Bulk Handling (CBH) and involve 3,000 CBH staff, customers and other stakeholders.
Solution: With short lead time, Clarity converted a paddock at York adjacent to a grain terminal into a memorable outdoor concert venue for the Western Australia Symphony Orchestra (WASO). This involved liaising with Shire of York and emergency services, managing suppliers, project timelines and budgets. Clarity's design team produced all the event material including invitations and relevant signage.
Results: Guests from throughout Western Australia and overseas were treated to an amazing sight of illuminated grain silos and the smiling faces of 50 CBH volunteers before enjoying gourmet hampers, listening to WASO and then letting their hair down dancing to Chris Murphy and his band. A great time was had by all.
