Brief: Help the CBH Group communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, many in regional areas, with e-communication tools that could be operated from a single easy to use system.

Solution: A suite of templates were created within Clarity Mail Manager in keeping with the corporate brand. Each template was used to reach a different group of stakeholders, from grower members through to employees.

Results: CBH Group gained a comprehensive, quick and cost effective communication system over which it has total control. The reporting tools allow the organisation to see the level of interest in its information from different stakeholders and then tailor future communications to suit their needs.
