Brief: Assist with crisis media management following the death of an employee on a worksite in Port Hedland.

Solution: Clarity was on call 24/7 to handle all media calls, prepare media statements, develop media FAQs and brief senior executives during the critical 48 hours following the incident, when media interest was at its highest level and for several days after.

Results: With Clarity on board to assist with all the media enquiries, senior company executives were able to fly to Port Hedland to meet with the family of the deceased, speak with employees onsite and arrange support and counselling for those affected by the tragedy.
