Brief: Assist the Gindalbie Community Relations team to develop and deliver a wide ranging Community Strategy for its operations in the Mid-West, including the development of a Community Investment Strategy.

Solution: Clarity developed a comprehensive Community Strategy including extensive research, documentation, annual plans and communication tools. Assistance was also provided to coordinate strategy workshops and community forums that informed the development of the Community Investment Strategy and Structure.

Results: Gindalbie now has an effective Community Strategy and Community Investment Strategy in place that can guide the company's activities and stakeholder management.
