Brief: Replace an existing PDF email with a more useful and flexible system for promoting Interiors Australia Group's (IAG) achievements to clients and staff around Australia.

Solution: Templates for newsletters to external and internal audiences were created in the Clarity Mail Manager system. The templates were designed to make maximum use of IAG's visual content, comprising high quality photos of completed projects.

Results: Not only did IAG gain a much more sophisticated email system, it can now manage all the content itself in-house and use the reporting system to see which clients and staff are engaging with the newsletter.
