
Brief: Develop a uniquely branded internal communications strategy to assist with the rollout of Metso's cultural change program across Australia.
Solution: Our PR and design teams worked closely
to develop a campaign name and brand-mark that reflected Metso's
service culture. A broader internal communications strategy was
created to support the Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver
their key messages to all Metso employees across Australia. As part
of the strategy, Clarity suggested a series of launches in each
capital city, giving employees the opportunity to engage with the
SMT and ask questions.
Results: Clarity successfully coordinated
launches in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Newcastle and arranged for
a professionally produced DVD of the launch to be distributed to
all regional sites. The response to the launch from staff was
positive, with all key messages delivered in an engaging and
informative style. The launch of the 'Driven by Service' program
was supported with a range of specially designed print collateral
and a 'Driven by Service' gift bag. Ongoing communications are
managed through the companies intranet and a regular e-news
update.
