Brief: Plan and manage two events to launch Perdaman Industries and its $3.5 billion  Collie Urea Project. One event was to be attended by the WA Premier, The Hon. Colin Barnett and the Minister for Regional Development Lands, The Hon. Brendan Grylls.

Solution: Create and facilitate a formal event in the morning held in Collie for around 60 invited high profile guests and media, followed by a relaxed evening cocktail function in Perth for 200 VIPs and invited guests.

Results: Despite the logistical challenges of running two launches on the same day based 260km's apart, both events ran very smoothly, were deemed a huge success and attracted positive media coverage for Perdaman Industries and the Collie Urea Project.
