Brief: Establish a corporate affairs model and develop a communications strategy for Skywest. A key task was to raise the profile of Skywest and its major community partnerships. One of the more high profile activities was to publicise Skywest's involvement with the movie Red Dog.

Solution: As major airline partner of the film Red Dog, Skywest flew 50 of the cast and crew home from Karratha - including star of the film Koko the dog - following a nine-week shoot in the Pilbara. Clarity arranged for a raft of media to greet them on the tarmac.

Results: News reporters from Channels 9, 10, GWN, WIN, Perth Now and WA Today and Mark Naglazas from The West Australian were all eager to catch a glimpse of Koko, the cast and crew. The story went national and was picked up by Sky News, The Age, Sydney Morning Herald and Brisbane's Courier Mail as well as The West Australian and North West Telegraph.
