Our challenge was to create a brand platform and digital presence that could allow the business to continue to grow. This is a business that takes culture and relationships very seriously. Balancing the needs of its corporate clients with individuals who are responsible for their own workplace safety training was of critical importance to this client.
Using existing sales data and feedback from their business development function, we facilitated a brand personality workshop that informed our communications plan and brand refresh. It also fed into the scoping for a new website and digital communications tools.
More than ever pictures tell a thousand words, so we created a new image library that draws the potential client in to really experience the moment. We teamed this with the tagline Immerse Yourself.
Working closely with the client, we have refined the brand and its narrative to reflect the organisation’s culture and its world-class service offering. The website now has a client-centric interface that allows the user to search for a course that is relevant to their experience and industry and book immediately.
Supporting the roll-out of the brand has been a funnel-driven digital marketing campaign including SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn and google display advertising.
