Mirvac came to us to help raise the profile of its projects and increase its growing presence in WA to generate more local sales.

With local knowledge of Perth and its property industry, we were up for the challenge to cut-through the clutter and generate awareness in a flooded market.

Mirvac’s projects span from Karratha to Mandurah, and no two target audiences are the same. This means that we spend time at commencement of each new development to become clear on who our audience is, and how best to target them.

We started working with Mirvac in 2014 and have since worked across 12 developments including land, apartment and commercial projects. In each case we work closely with the client and agency team to identify their challenges and help put in place a campaign that will deliver their objectives.Drawing on all our communications experience, our skills that we’ve used to date include media relations; stakeholder briefings; issue management; social media engagement and advertising; SEO and SEM management; event management; speech writing, award submissions and community relations.

Examples of our work include: media and event management to celebrate construction reaching the highest point of Mirvac’s office building at Cathedral Square; creating a social media campaign to drive the new ‘urban spirit’ of One71 Baldivis; partnering with Matt and Kim from The Block to engage the public in a room styling challenge to launch the new sales office at Osprey Waters, and launching The Grandstand at Claremont on the Park to media, just to name a few.

We have identified, interviewed and achieved features that showcase many happy customers that endorse the Mirvac experience. We work with sales teams, marketing teams and senior executives to make sure we understand the projects and support the team to promote projects, enhance the Mirvac brand and help the team achieve their goals.
