NPB Security has established a niche in the Perth security services market, shaking up the industry by providing a new standard of service augmented by proprietary technology that delivers an enhanced customer experience.

Over time NPB has developed a strong presence across several market sectors in Western Australia. Seeking to expand their footprint in the retail, mining and construction industries, NPB approached Clarity for assistance.

In response, Clarity developed a strategy to achieve this objective, which was made up of several elements, including the implementation of a content marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to targeted industry audiences. This approach was designed to initially increase awareness of NPB in these market sectors, with the long-term goal of driving consideration among key decision-makers and ultimately the conversion of those decision-makers into NPB customers.

Clarity worked collaboratively with NPB to develop content and strategically distribute it across a range of channels, including sponsored LinkedIn articles and paid Instagram and Facebook advertising.

Content was also repurposed for eDM distribution to the NPB newsletter database, and for inclusion on the NPB website.

This approach resulted in increased engagement with decision-makers in NPB’s target industries, along with continual audience growth and engagement over time. These outcomes were amplified by ongoing on- and off-page social media campaign activity and traditional media buying to ensure broad reach of NPB’s messaging and brand.
