In 2018, GMA Garnet Group (GMA) experienced significant growth after considerable investment in existing and new operations across the globe.

To highlight this growth and celebrate the organisations thirty fifth anniversary, GMA engaged Clarity’s services to assist with the production of a corporate video; highlighting notable projects, pioneering staff and its world class product.

Simultaneously, the organisation launched a number of key projects and initiatives, including a state-of-the-art processing facility in the United States.

Wanting to share the recent investments with the local community, Clarity was asked to devise and execute a strategic media plan to engage specific communities across the globe and attract strong candidates for the new facilities.

To draw the best people and retain valued employees, Clarity was challenged to help GMA refine their core values, identify an accurate tone of voice to reflect the history and trajectory of the organisation and, engage existing staff during a milestone turning point.

Through a multitude of mediums and platforms, Clarity devised and executed several external media plans and internal engagement strategies to help the organisation share its redefined direction and remarkable growth with key stakeholders.

Today, Clarity is engaged on an ongoing basis to assist and deliver a variety of strategic internal and external strategies; focusing on public relations, stakeholder engagement, design and video production.
